Appendix A:  to be completed and included with each paper copy of the ORE for 101 if the research study includes the administration/use of a drug, medical device, or natural health product.   Appendix A is a pdf file that should be printed and then completed.  A copy of Appendix A is to be completed for each product included in the study.

Participant Recruitment Process

The most common methods for recruiting participants are telephone, email, classroom presentation, poster or flyer, and letter including the information letter. You can select recruitment material from the available samples and revise them to suit the specifics of your project.
